The room had a modern design with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom. The staff and the host were all friendly and welcoming. The location in Siena was excellent, with easy walking distance to the train station, the center of Siena, and Il Campo. It was conveniently close to everything.

location: the hotel was really close to il campo, and lots of bars. enjoyed to spend 5 days in our new-fashioned a double room with amazing views, bathrooms and the best shower.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of Siena. We were just a stone's throw away from the iconic Piazza del Campo, which was bustling with activity. It felt like we were living in a postcard!

Construction noise.

The rooms at this inn were absolutely massive, beyond anything we could have imagined in medieval Europe. The front desk manager, Ela, went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we had a hiccup with our car. The cleanliness and charm of the inn were top-notch, and its location was within a short walk to all the attractions in the city. Our stay here was truly incredible!

The room I stayed in had air conditioning, which was such a relief for someone like me who loves a cool and comfortable environment!

I personally didn't enjoy the soundproofing in the double room, but I understand some people might appreciate the peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely bed & breakfast in the heart of Siena. The hosts took great care of us and ensured that our communication was always timely and reliable. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward, and we were able to leave our luggage there for as long as we needed on the day of departure. The rooms were spacious and tastefully finished, with a beautiful fresco on the ceiling. We enjoyed the additional space provided by the couch and table, and the room was equipped with a coffee machine and dishes for light meals. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the famous Piazza del Campo. We can't wait to book again when we visit Siena in the future.

our second stay in siena exceeded expectations! residenza d'epoca san martino 29 was perfect for our christmas party. modern interior, spacious rooms, and superclean bathrooms impressed us. staff was helpful and attentive, making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

lack of soul in the design

As a tourist, I loved the central location just a short walk from the famous Piazza del Campo. the apartment was clean and offered coffee and snacks for breakfast. the manager, Ela, was extremely accommodating and made our holiday experience even better.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints.
